Started in 1981, the Assistance League® of Whittier’s Continuing Education Scholarship program provides scholarships for college students needing financial assistance to pay for education-related expenses. Today, our scholarship program financially assists deserving Whittier area high school seniors attending college.
Application Criteria
- Seniors attending La Serna High School, Whittier High School, and
Santa Fe High School - GPA 3.0 or greater
- Supply Transcript
- Community service projects and hours
- Verification of acceptance to attend a 4-year college or university
The program aims to assist students in providing a better life for themselves by earning a degree. Applications will be available in the school’s career counseling office each year beginning in March.
