Operation Holiday provides Christmas dinners and wrapped gifts to needy families in the Greater Whittier Area. The families are referred to the Assistance League® of Whittier by the Whittier Salvation Army. Assistance League® of Whittier fulfills each family member’s $100 wish list and provides a $100 grocery store gift certificate. In December 2023, the Assistance League® of Whittier delivered individually wrapped presents for 44 children.
