Great Reputation, Quality Merchandise and the Friendly Member Volunteers
The thrift shops are the primary funding source for all our philanthropic programs. They are staffed and managed entirely by our member volunteers. The shops are located in the rear building on the Greenleaf Ave property (just north of Hadley in Uptown Whittier).
The shops are stocked entirely by donations. The merchandise changes daily as volunteers unpack donations and prepare them for sale.
Bargain Bin has men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel. We also have shoes, books for every age, baby clothes, accessories, sporting goods, toys, housewares, linens, home décor, seasonal items, and jewelry at affordable prices!
We offer quality merchandise, including collectibles, china, silver, and designer clothes at Timeless Treasures.

Thrift Shop Donations
Your donations are always appreciated! Donations are tax-deductible; a receipt will be provided.
For safety reasons, donations are accepted only during business hours. Please DO NOT leave items outside when we are closed, as the weather will damage them. Unfortunately, we do not have a pick-up service.
Acceptable thrift shop donations:
- Gently worn clothing and shoes for men, women, and children in good condition.
- Dishes and glassware
- Small electric appliances in working order
- Children’s toys in good condition
- Books, records, and tapes
- Jewelry
- Collectibles
Due to space limitations, we CANNOT accept the following items:
- Large furniture, mattresses, or large appliances
- TVs, computers, or printers
- Encyclopedias
- Cars or motorcycles
- Large exercise equipment
- Baby furniture, infant car seats
